Some stressful thoughts, once observed, seem to dissolve into fitful laughter and fall silent—sometimes for life. Others just get louder.

Do we have the courage to find our own truth in an age of collective ideology?

This might be sacrilege in Buddhist circles, but—yes, meditation doesn’t always work for me.

Estudios demuestran los amplios beneficios de la respiración consciente. Lo que me interesa aquí es la sensación de plenitud y equilibrio que se genera a nivel emocional y espiritual. Qué curioso que observar la respiración, especialmente durante más de un ciclo, invita a un cambio de paradigma en la persona encarnada. Muchas veces dejo de ser el pensador y paso a ser el observador.

Studies demonstrate the ample benefits of the practice of observing one’s breath. What interests me here is the sense of wholeness and balance that doing so brings on the emotional-philosophical-spiritual level. How interesting that observing one’s breath, especially for more than one cycle, invites a paradigm shift for the embodied person. Many times, I cease to be the thinker and I shift into the observer. 

La gran pregunta es: ¿cómo se desobstaculiza la relación con la plenitud?

For me, finding the answer to "what happened to joy?" involved drilling down into two key questions: What brings me joy? Why not do it?

What can I say: there’s a voice in our heads, and it’s talking to us all the time.
